Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. People can choose the way they connect that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit would be helpful, it is possible to switch therapists at any time.
