Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho with 3 years of professional counseling experience and I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Idaho State University. I believe every person is created for connection; I have a deeply rooted belief that healing takes place in the framework of relationships.
My counseling services seek to meet a full range of needs, including but not limited to: depression and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, life transitions & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am most passionate about working with women and adolescents.
My approach to counseling is built on a foundation that is Person-Centered. I take an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Based interventions, with support from Motivational Interviewing to help clients achieve their goals in counseling.
Building awareness of our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors can open the door to practicing new ways of being that allows us to have a stronger relationship with ourselves and with others, while cultivating greater internal peace. I love to support clients in this journey by helping clients identify unhealthy messages and behaviors they may have internalized through cultural and family dynamics.
Taking the first step to seek support can take courage; I look forward to walking alongside you in the process of growth and healing.

Many people wonder whether counseling provided online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and people have the option to change therapists whenever they prefer a different fit.
