I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California with several years of professional work experience. I have worked for a community counseling center and for the Juvenile Justice Mental Health department focusing on adolescents and their families dealing with drug and alcohol abuse and family systems.
I also have experience in private practice treating individuals and couples along with running motivational women’s groups. My focus is helping clients work through personal obstacles while reaching for their individual goals. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
My therapy approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Client Centered and Solution-Focused Therapy. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happy life and to sign up for therapy. If you are ready to take that next step to start therapy, I am here to support and empower you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists whenever they prefer a different fit. This combination of proven effectiveness and adaptable delivery makes online therapy a practical option for many people seeking support.
