Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience working with adults ages 18 and over. I have extensive work in crisis and trauma; often assisting individuals suffering with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and relational issues. In addition to my crisis work; I work with individuals who are suffering with more moderate symptoms who may be having difficulty coping with a recent transition, breakup, feeling stuck at work or frustrated with fitness or nutritional concerns. I operate from a more holistic background and, in addition to talk therapy, I work with clients on making lifestyle changes to help them move towards identified goals. I believe that therapy is a partnership and I strive to be as available and supportive for clients as possible!

Jessica Sharib is a licensed professional counselor in Texas who has three years of experience working with adults ages 18 and over.
She has focused experience in crisis and trauma work, frequently supporting people coping with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.
In addition to crisis intervention, she works with clients experiencing more moderate symptoms who are navigating life transitions, recovering from breakups, feeling stuck at work, or struggling with fitness and nutritional frustrations.
Jessica brings a holistic approach to therapy – alongside traditional talk therapy she helps clients identify and implement lifestyle changes that support progress toward meaningful goals.
She views therapy as a collaborative partnership and aims to be as available and supportive to clients as possible during the therapeutic process.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy makes a real difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may change providers if they feel a different match would be more helpful. For many people, the combination of accessibility and clinical support makes online therapy a viable option for addressing everyday mental health needs and navigating life changes.
