Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I am a licensed psychotherapist with 16+ years of clinical experience. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a trained Gottman therapist. I graduated from Austin College in 1999 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. I followed my passion to work with people to discover their best selves by completing my MSW from University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work in 2006. I have worked in several clinical settings including schools, hospitals, and private practice. Currently, my time is spent between my private practice and Menninger Clinic in Houston, TX. I have experience in counseling couples, individuals (adults and children) and families. I have received specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), executive function training, and Gottman training for couples work. My hope is to help you achieve your goals by providing a safe, authentic, and compassionate clinical setting with an individualized therapy experience.
All the best,

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain regular care alongside work, family, or other commitments.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different clinician if they need a better fit. For many people, online therapy provides a convenient, effective path to support and growth.
