Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. My name is Jessica and I’m a person-centred, integrative counsellor. I’m able to incorporate different therapeutic models, skills and techniques to meet the needs of each individual.
I have over 4 years of professional work experience and I believe the most important element for successful counselling is the therapeutic relationship. My role is to offer a non-judgmental, confidential and empathic space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling offers you the freedom to discuss your difficulties and help you gain an insight into your emotions and behaviours. I’m motivated to help individuals find the awareness, clarify and resources to help themselves. Together we can address immediate problems and identify habits that are affecting you and your relationships.
I work psychodynamically which means being aware of how our past effects the present, greater awareness allows us to make better choices and fulfil our potential.
Choosing counselling is the first step forward in resolving your difficulties. Whether you are looking to explore current issues, gain an understanding of how your past affects you today or have concerns about the future, I will support you on your journey.
