Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Relationships matter. Relationships with other people and relationships with ourselves are equally significant. For years I have been passionate about working with kids, adolescents, and adults in exploring life and how they fit. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina with 13 years of professional work experience; 11 years of providing individual and group therapy. Facing life and all it has to offer can be overwhelming, scary, and sometimes seem unbearable. I do not shy away from difficult topics or the elephant in the room (such as race, white privilege, LGBTQIA, male toxicity, gender issues, politics, trauma, substance use, bullying, suicide, etc.). It is my goal to create space for us to explore any and all topics you need to address, improve on, and/or process. You do not have to do this alone, and you lead the way. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that works best for you, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage in care from different settings.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they need a different fit. For many, remote therapy is an accessible, practical option that supports consistent progress and helps people address everyday concerns and larger life transitions.
