Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am Jennifer Wells, LCSW. I have over 15 years of experience as a social worker. I have worked mainly in community mental health dealing with many types of issues. I believe in a whole person approach and tend to lean toward solution focused and cognitive behavioral approaches. I am also trained in Trauma Focused CBT. I have studied how neuroscience is involved in building new brain pathways to better address negative patterns of behavior and to build positive patterns of behavior.
Everyone has times of struggle and challenges in their life which impact themselves and those around them. I enjoy helping people explore ways to manage their situations and grow to both a better understanding of self and improve skills in communication, relationships, and acceptance. It takes courage and strength to seek counseling and I look forward to helping you explore new pathways.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone wants a different fit they can switch to another provider at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and life concerns.
