I am credentialed in the UK, an accredited counselling professional with 7 years of practice working with children, young people and adults. I’m an experienced counsellor and work with a diverse range of issues such as depression, relationships, anxiety, bereavement, addictions, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues and many more. I am also experienced in Child Sexual Abuse, working with children and those that have been impacted by secondary trauma such as parents or significant carers (family member, friend, foster carer) of those children.
As a professional counsellor I can support you by providing you with a safe confidential space to talk about the things that are affecting you without judgement. I work as an integrative counsellor through a person-centred approach – placing clients at the centre of our work together. The Counselling I provide is always delivered in a trauma informed approach to ensure that an individual is not re-traumatized. I want to understand a person as a whole, so that I can deliver the most effective support based on the persons individual lived experiences and needs.
Counselling can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings and whatever it maybe that you are struggling to cope with. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

It is common to question whether online therapy can deliver meaningful results. For many everyday concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life and to participate in a format that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy is a practical and effective route to get support for common mental health and life concerns.
