Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I work with a variety of concerns and strive to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere. The areas that have been my main focus are as follows: substance abuse, trauma, and depression.
My goal is to be present for the challenges you are facing. Second, it is my priority to ensure a collaborative relationship throughout treatment.
It is sometimes very challenging to make change and this can feel overwhelming. While I do work with many different issues, my main areas of focus are: drug and alcohol dependency and PTSD. My priority is to help individuals through this process. It is an honor to see clients find meaning and purpose through the recovery process.
Therapy is a place for you to challenge yourself. The therapy relationship is a process that both facilitates healing and self-awareness.

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.
Licensed professionals offer these services, and clients can change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy can make it simpler to access regular support while tailoring the experience to individual needs and schedules.
