Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist through the state of Florida with a passion for helping my clients heal broken relationships with themselves and others. We all struggle, and we all could use a confidant, sounding board, mediator, and encourager on our team – this is where I come in!
I have had 11 years of experience in the field of counseling since graduating with my Master’s in Counselor Education and Specialist in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Florida in 2012. After graduate school, I completed my registered intern hours at a mental health hospital, working with severely mentally ill patients. Once licensed, I became a Primary Therapist at an eating disorder treatment center, where I counseled clients with disordered eating, as well as comorbidity with depression, anxiety, and OCD for 3 years. With these clients, I did extensive group therapy and family therapy work in conjunction with their individual counseling.
Since 2020, I have run my own private practice with a focus on relationship issues and attachment styles. I became certified in Integrated Attachment Theory in 2024. In my work with both individuals and couples, we uncover the core wounds behind their attachment styles and work toward healing said wounds and becoming more securely attached, which can lead to improved mental health and healthier relationships.
Whether I am working with an individual, couple, or family, I am always assessing the role each person’s ingrained beliefs obtained from family of origin are playing in his or her life and relationships. Though coping skills are crucial, I will assist you in addressing the underlying belief system that is driving the symptoms. I look at things from a systemic perspective, taking all impactful relationships and the beliefs that arose from those relationships into consideration.
My mission is to leave people better than I found them. Together, let’s improve your life!

Many people question whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and lifestyle – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists providing these services are licensed professionals, and if a different match is preferred clients have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy offers a practical way to access experienced care for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
