Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health with experience in working with a multitude of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and couples counseling. I also have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) which has been a useful tool in helping others not only cope with current concerns, but assist them in coping with future endeavors.
I believe in creating a strong, trusting, therapeutic environment where people feel comfortable, motivated, and not judged. I use solution-focused techniques to assist in reaching goals and CBT techniques to help with concerns such as negative thought patterns. Every person is different and you will have your own individualized therapy and plan that tailors to your needs.
I really enjoy helping others explore their own strengths and I understand that sometimes it can be hard to put things into perspective. Sometimes that outside and non-judgmental assistance is what someone needs to get back on track or on a better track. You can do it!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care alongside work, family, and other commitments.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, remote therapy provides an accessible, practical route to professional support.
