Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Jenna and I’m qualified and registered integrative therapist, and I work with curiosity and compassion to help you explore whatever’s going on for you.
Life brings with it lots of challenges, and at times it can feel completely overwhelming. You may feel weighed down, disconnected and unsure of how to move forward. I work with clients experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, loss, dating and relationship issues, low self-confidence and low self-esteem.
I believe that when we have the right space to reflect and process, life can start to feel a little lighter—and real change can happen. I am passionate about creating a welcoming space where you’re free to explore your inner world without judgement.
I work collaboratively with you whilst deeply respecting your autonomy and pace. Together, we’ll develop what your goals for therapy are, explore the challenges you’re facing and gently uncover patterns and experiences that could be holding you back.
Throughout sessions, we will keep your goals at the core of our work together, regularly reviewing them to make sure therapy continues to support you in the best way possible.
I look forward to meeting with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or coping with life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person therapy.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can choose the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit.
