Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello – I am a licensed therapist (she/her/hers) in Minnesota with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, life changes & depression. I specialize in women’s issues. I am deeply committed to my work and my clients and want to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Setting goals and a finding a path forward can help the healing process and allow for both reflection and action steps. Taking the first step to reach out for help and support takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I am available for 45 minute sessions on Mondays and Thursdays day hours. I request LIVE VIDEO for appointments as I think it’s helpful for us to see one another. And, you are welcome to message me in between. Thank you! Best, Jeanette

Deeply committed to her clients, Jeanette aims to cultivate an open, nonjudgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be shared freely. She emphasizes setting clear goals and identifying a path forward so therapy includes both reflection and practical steps toward change.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and Jeanette is available to accompany clients through that first step and beyond. She offers 45-minute sessions on Mondays and Thursdays during daytime hours, requests live video for appointments because she finds it helpful for mutual connection, and welcomes messaging between sessions.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that these kinds of issues are often well served through virtual formats.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. People can meet with a therapist in the way that fits their life best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to keep up with regular appointments and to access care from wherever they are.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and therapists can offer different formats to accommodate individual needs and preferences. If someone feels a different approach would be a better fit, it is usually possible to switch to another therapist or format to find what works best.
