Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. I have been working with people as a Licensed Professional Counselor and as an Occupational Therapist for the past 26 years. This means that I not only believe in the healing properties that can be found with sharing thoughts and feelings in a supportive, non-judgmental relationship, but I also strongly believe in the importance of integrating purposeful activity into our work together. I like to foster an environment in which we can work together as a team. YOU are the expert in your life, and therapy can help you to make the best decisions to get your life back on track. To this end, I will often give people assignments to complete between sessions. It might be something to read, an exercise designed to get you thinking, or a task to get you to examine your thoughts or feelings. It all depends on what goals you have chosen to work on during our time together.
Some specific areas I can help you with are feelings of depression and anxiety, managing stress, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse concerns, difficulty with your career or relationships, chronic heath issues, caregiver burnout or stress, issues related to a history of abuse, mood swings, low self esteem and grief.
I understand how very difficult it can be to reach out for help and am so glad that you have made this positive step for yourself. I would very much like the opportunity to make this journey with you.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adapting to life changes, evidence shows that online therapy can be equally effective as in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their needs, including video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to maintain consistency and fit therapeutic work into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic connection is needed, clients have the option to switch providers. Online therapy provides an accessible route to professional support for many of the challenges people commonly seek help for.
