Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I has been counseling individuals and couples since July 2007 while serving as a pastor and spiritual leader. My desire to help people led to me completing my MA in counseling from Midwestern Baptist Seminary and have been working as a professional counselor since August 2018. I recently completed my doctorate in professional counseling from Mississippi College in August 2021.
My approach to counseling is holistic in nature and I believe in counseling the “whole” individual (thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and social considerations). I use an integrative design of various counseling theories that utilizes a broad array of both evidence-based and protocol-driven interventions which has shown positive outcomes for individuals experiencing mental health struggles as well as substance abuse clients.
I love working with all my clients and have experience with children, adolescents, adults, as well as veterans dealing with trauma. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to become the best version of yourself!

For many everyday concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy can be an effective option. For most of these common issues, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit consistent care into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers a convenient pathway to regular support for many of the concerns people bring to counseling.
