Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Jasmine Lataillade, a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work (LMSW) based in Maryland. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and rooted in evidence-based practices like Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy. I believe in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—which is why I also incorporate wellness strategies such as breathwork, nutritional awareness, emotional regulation, and simple, practical tools that clients can use in their daily lives.
I have experience helping people work through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, grief, work-related stress, autism, and relationship or family issues. My goal is always to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and my Bachelor’s in Social Work from York College, both in New York. I’m fluent in French and Haitian Creole and conversational in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support a diverse group of clients more meaningfully.
It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their healing journeys, and I look forward to connecting with you.
