Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker in both California and Illinois with over nine years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I also have my doctorate in clinical psychology. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress management, life skill development, effective communication skills and conflict resolution, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADD/ADHD, and various additional areas. I have worked with clients throughout all life stages: from children in school settings, adolescents at colleges and universities, and adults in both the inpatient medical setting and in private practice, as well as correctional facilities. I also help individuals who have experienced traumatic life events. In addition to direct practice, I also supervise a team of mental health professionals providing care to mentally, physically, and developmentally impaired patients in an enhanced outpatient setting.
My counseling style is warm and interactive and rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I employ a humanistic, holistic, person-centered, strengths-based, culturally competent approach. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and prioritize fostering a healthy therapeutic relationship. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I believe in recognizing and encouraging each client’s potential for personal growth and change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or transitions in life, research indicates that online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that best fits your life, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to keep appointments and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and if you decide a different therapist would be a better match, you typically have the option to switch. For many people seeking help with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to support.
