Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a Person-centred therapist in the UK with almost a decade of professional experience. I have extensive experience in the areas of trauma and abuse, having worked for an NHS Trauma Team and several charities that support people who have been abused, whilst also helping people coping with grief and loss, anxiety and depression, low self esteem and improving or regaining confidence, people suffering with burnout and people with chronic illnesses. I’m a warm and laidback person which helps to build a trusting relationship within a safe environment where clients feel able to share their experiences and emotions. Whilst working from a Person-centred base I also have a diploma in CBT and further professional training in Internal Family Systems, Trauma technique and more. I can use these different approaches or techniques to build our work around you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating significant life changes – online therapy can offer outcomes comparable to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. You can choose the way you connect with a therapist that suits your life and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and if you feel the need for a different match you have the option to switch to another therapist at any time. This combination of accessibility and professional support makes online therapy a practical choice for many people seeking help with everyday mental health challenges.
