Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Do you ever feel like anxiety, self-criticism, or old habits keep pulling you off course, no matter how hard you try?
My process is designed to help you change that. I use the Conscious Mind Empowerment Method, which shows you how to step out of those unhelpful patterns and reconnect with your conscious self — the part of you that is home to wisdom, kindness, values, logic, and courage.
Through my 4-Step Change Process, you’ll learn to:
• Reset your focus when overwhelming thoughts and feelings take over.
• Practise self-compassion instead of battling your feelings.
• Reframe challenges so they connect you back to motivation and purpose.
• Take mindful, values-based steps forward, even when life feels tough.
Clients often tell me this approach gives them both clarity and confidence. A framework that’s practical, compassionate, and sustainable.
I bring over 16 years of therapeutic experience, having worked with more than 600 clients worldwide. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association Française de Thérapie Comportementale et Cognitive (AFTCC), with a background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and coaching.
What to expect: Our sessions will be collaborative and supportive, blending structure with empathy. You’ll leave with tools you can apply straight away, while also building long-term skills to live a life more aligned with your values. My goal isn’t just to help you cope, it’s to empower you to thrive.
