Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you are reading this-thank you for considering me.
I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2017 after entering the therapy field as a Naval Drug and Alcohol Counselor in 2000.
I have worked with clients in a variety of settings over that timespan to include community mental health, private practice, group, family and individual venues.
I have worked with clients with many concerns including anger control, substance abuse and related issues, marital, parenting, depression/anxiety, and others.
My approach is primarily client centered, cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that we all are able to reach reasonable and realistic goals when it comes to coping with the challenges that life presents.
I hope that you discover a supportive partner on your journey to your best self.

Many people ask whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to perform comparably to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care via these channels, and if a different fit is needed users have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy can be an effective, convenient way to access support for everyday mental health concerns and relationship issues while fitting therapy into a modern lifestyle.
