Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in a wide range of settings from private practice to inpatient hospitalization. During my years of experience I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses and clinical issues including: depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, couples counseling, addiction issues, codependency, trauma, family conflict and psychosis. I also have extensive experience treating family members struggling to deal with the mental health issues of their loved ones.
In my practice, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused and existentialism. My style of therapy tends to be direct with respect. I truly believe that we have all of the answers we need, we just don’t like them. I value the process to discover ways in which we create roadblocks for ourselves, creating the coping skills to break down those barriers and the cognitive/behavioral processes to get out of our own way and move forward.
You are already resilient and brave, let us use those characteristics to define the kind of life you have always wanted to live. The process to find and live the life you want can be difficult, I am here to help. Through our work together we can find the obstacles in your path and design a treatment plan and goals to tackle them.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for addressing these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients may connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and lifestyle – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to attend sessions consistently.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of remote therapy help make ongoing care more attainable.
