Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings!
Thanks for visiting my page.
Here’s a little about me:
I was born in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic. My family and I migrated to the USA in 1995. I have two siblings.
My journey towards Ph.D. started with a desire to teach and train other professionals in the field. As an author and presenter, I have traveled to various countries exposing my ideas on the topic of heartbreak and how therapists can help clients who experience this phenomenon.
As a therapist, I view life as a big puzzle, which we must put together piece by piece.
Sometimes, we get stuck in the puzzle. My job as a therapist is to sit with you and help you figure out which piece goes next.

Her journey to the PhD began with a desire to teach and train other professionals. As an author and presenter, she has traveled to several countries to share her ideas on heartbreak and on how therapists can support clients who experience this phenomenon.
In clinical work she describes life as a large puzzle to be assembled piece by piece. When people feel stuck, her role is to sit with them and help determine which piece fits next, supporting clients through stress, anxiety, relationship and family concerns, depression, grief, trauma and abuse, life changes, issues of intimacy and self-esteem, and work with LGBT clients.
For many of the common concerns people seek help for – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical practice indicate that remote care can produce comparable results for these everyday mental health needs.
One of the main benefits of remote therapy is adaptability. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that best suits their schedule and comfort level: video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options helps make therapy more accessible and easier to integrate into daily life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the flexibility to change therapists if they want a different match. For many people, the combination of demonstrated effectiveness and logistical flexibility makes online therapy a practical and impactful choice.
