Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a registered member of NPCN and UKCP. I hold an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling in TA, a Foundation Ecotherapy Transactional Analysis Certificate, and a certificate of completion at Redecision Marathon with Mil Rosseau. I studied Complex Trauma Stress Studies on a year course at PESI. I hold Level 2 & 3 Person-Centred Counselling Certificates from Bury College.
I have worked in partnership with the police and a national charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse. I also worked on a partnership program between the UNHCR and the Home Office, supporting survivors of trauma and persecution. I have experience of working with people suffering from depression and low self-esteem; people having problems with love ones and/or work; people needing a space to grow and to understand themselves; with people experiencing communication issues, and grief. I am here to explore with you, to create a safe space, and to welcome all of you. No two people are the same, therefore no two sessions are the same.
I also have experience working with neurodiverse clients, as well as with people who identify as part of the LGBT+ community.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
