Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life is both endlessly beautiful and complex. I approach each client relationship with the goal that through individual sessions I can help clients tap more deeply into their own beauty while better understanding their own complexity. I work to give you concrete tools that you can use in everyday life to more adeptly navigate change, relationship difficulties, trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. My approach is collaborative. Together we will use multiple therapeutic tools to dig deeper into patterns of thought and behavior, including DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness techniques.
I love working with young adults and adolescents who are navigating school and career stress, transitioning into adulthood, and changing environments. I’m laid back, open-minded, and accepting. Through our conversations and exercises, I will help you move towards a place of deeper self-awareness, peace, and direction.
I aim to walk beside my clients in their journey to better understand & love themselves by creating a space where you can feel safe to be your authentic self. Therapy can be intimidating, but we’ll approach each conversation with a sense of humor and curiosity!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, remote therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals. Licensed professionals can address these issues through virtual care with results comparable to face-to-face treatment.
A major advantage of online therapy is flexibility – individuals can choose the format that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule sessions and maintain continuity of care amid busy or changing routines.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can provide accessible, practical support while allowing people to engage in treatment in a way that suits their lives.
