Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 1979 and am currently licensed as a clinical social worker in Colorado although I grew up in and around New York City and got my msw degree from NYU. My love for doing psychotherapy emerged as a result of my being a client.
Over the years, I have incorporated many different modalities into my work — Usu/Holy Fire Reiki III , somatic experiencing, visualization, compassion-based therapy, inner child work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and for those with an interest in spirituality, A Course in Miracles.. I have also been a Hospice Social Worker for many years, currently offering bereavement services. Regardless of modalities, however, it’s so important that clients feel safe in my presence and come to understand the sacred nature of our work together. I understand the courage it takes to heal a hurting heart, body, mind and soul.
The rewards that emerge from compassionately undoing the conditioning and defenses that no longer serve are amazing and life changing.
We are living in turbulent and challenging times – so many are feeling the impact. My hope is to help enable as many as possible to feel more empowered, to feel more inner peace, to grow from challenges, and to experience fulfillment while expressing their own uniqueness.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to continue care across different circumstances.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, effective route to support and growth without sacrificing professional standards of care.
