Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that to have a successful outcome in therapy, the client and therapist must first build a strong rapport. I strive to make this happen and once that foundation is laid, I will use one of several therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. I am known for being friendly, a good listener, caring, sensitive, and energetic. Not only do I have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but I also work full-time as a School Social Worker in an urban setting with middle school students and I am a mom to four children who range in age from 9 to 24 years old. I truly believe that prioritizing one’s mental health is an investment in itself and it is an active step towards your healing journey.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether virtual therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person treatment.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that works best for them, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
