I have worked with a diverse group of clients including adults, adolescents and children. That have a broad range of concerns including, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, ADHD, parenting issues, family issues, life transition issues and grief.

With 18 years of clinical experience, Heather practices from a person-centered perspective and adapts her methods to each individual’s comfort level. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailors the work to the unique dilemmas and goals that each person brings.
Heather has worked with adults, adolescents, and children facing a broad range of challenges, including stress, anxiety and panic, depression, ADHD, parenting and family conflicts, grief and life transitions.
