Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family therapy from Capella University. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, gender identity, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is calm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic/holistic, solution-focused, mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior therapies. I also practice Emotionally focused Couples therapy and Gottman Method. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
My husband and I recently moved back to Iowa after living in Colorado for the past 9 years. We have 2 children and 3 dogs, a few cats, goats, chickens and ducks. We love the outdoors and try to spend as much time in it as we can. We enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, snowshoeing, having family bike rides, and just soaking up the fresh air, sights and sun! I also enjoy baking, photography, and learning new things.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that suits them best, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule and to access help from wherever one is located.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to pursue mental health and relationship goals while maintaining the same professional standards found in conventional care.
