Many people wonder whether remote therapy makes a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility helps make therapy easier to fit into a busy life.
The therapists you work with are licensed professionals, and if you decide a different match would be better you may switch therapists at any time.
