Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to BetterHelp and congratulations on taking the first step towards getting help. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life and to take this moment to navigate towards a change you may have always wanted to do and realized that this is the time to do it. Now that you are ready to talk with someone I would like you to know about my background and experience.
My career started in the Summer of 1996 working with adults and children with intellectual and physical disabilities. From then on I knew my path in life was to support and help others with any challenges, obstacles and issues they are facing. Throughout my career I have worked with those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, discrimination, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, domestic violence, grief, loss, family dynamics, career/financial stress, people with autism, traumatic brain injury and physical/emotional/sexual abuse. I have over 15 years of experience in individual therapy, group work, behavioral case management and facilitation. I have worked with individuals of various ages, creeds, races and cultures. I hope to work with you soon.
The client/therapist relationship is the key to successfully working together. I can interact with you through video sessions, phone, text, and I check messages daily. My availability is in the evenings and on the weekends. I would like to share a quote with you… “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts” – Eleanor Roosevelt

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility. Individuals can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
This adaptability helps people maintain consistency in care while attending to their daily responsibilities. Licensed professionals provide these services, and if someone feels a different therapeutic fit would be better, they can switch therapists at any time.
