Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinician in the state of Indiana and South Carolina with over 22 years of experience working as a , Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Sexual Abuse Youth Clinician and Registered Crisis Behavior Clinician stablizing the most difficult clients. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including behavior, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual maladaptive behaviors, parenting problems, career challenges, and complex trauma. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I believe you are not your past and until you have the right tools, you can’t ever fully live presently. My therapy style began with getting my hands dirty in the trenches on the streets of Skid Row. I honed my style of short term dynamic therapy. I used these skills and performed 24 hour crisis therapy within my practice. I have provided through my practice HNS Consulting Services internships to universities in the state of Indiana. I believe in stablizing in 6 months or less. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, applied behavior analysis, christian counseling and short term psychodynamic psycotherapy to name a few. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It’s my philosophy; When taking a journey, it takes a lot of time and is not meant to be quick. As you take this journey or passage in time, stop and take in what you hear, see and think; it’s all a part of the process. Allow creation to reinvent, restore and reclassify you during the journey. Take note of life’s beauty and sadness while on this journey. Understanding when you reach Destiny, life will not be as you once knew it. Life will be just beginning…..
I look forward to working with you!
