Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been coaching people for the past 15 years. My training is based primarily within the Strategic Family Systems school. This experience has been honed through the Tony Robbins-Cloe Madanes Training Center certification program. I have also had extensive experience coaching people within Landmark Worldwide. This all gets combined with my background as an Orthodox Jew and the wisdom that this tradition brings regardless of whether a client is “religious” or not. My main focus is on working with couples who are fighting or communicate in such a way that they come away feeling more distant, lonely, frustrated and eventually resentful. These couples have developed a pattern of interaction. When we work together, I have you bring the fight to me!! I will interrupt your pattern and train you to interact so that what previously drove you apart, will now leave you connected with a feeling of closeness and love. We will work together to create new emotional patterns that have you fulfill your needs in a way that is good for you, good for others in your life and good for society as well.
Let’s set up a time to explore what you want to accomplish and how you would like your life to be so you can be back in the driver’s seat of living life.

Harvey Pacht brings together years of coaching and specialized family-systems training to help couples and families change how they relate to one another. He draws on a background rooted in the Strategic Family Systems approach and training from the Tony Robbins – Cloe Madanes Training Center, along with extensive coaching experience with Landmark Worldwide, to guide clients through recurring patterns that create distance and resentment.
He asks couples to bring their conflicts into the session so he can interrupt entrenched interaction cycles and teach new ways of relating. By redirecting what once drove partners apart, he helps them develop emotional habits that foster closeness and restore connection.
Harvey also integrates perspectives from his Orthodox Jewish upbringing when it serves the client, offering wisdom from that tradition in a way that is accessible whether or not a client is religious. His work addresses relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy-related concerns, self-esteem, career difficulties, grief, and parenting challenges.
Harvey is a licensed marriage and family therapist in California – his license number is 29196 – and he has three years of experience as a practicing therapist while having coached people for the past 15 years. He invites prospective clients to set up a time to explore goals and preferences so they can move toward living life with greater agency and clarity.
Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to schedule sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they seek a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical way to access professional support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
