Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Maryland with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I also have experience working with parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
I am a US Navy Veteran with 25 years of active service and was a licensed foster parent in Maryland and California. My therapy style is goal oriented, flexible and collaborative with an understanding that developing the goals is also part of the process. A highlight of my experience has been working with families within the Child Welfare Services system and I’ve had additional specialized training in this field through the Title IV-E Child Welfare training program.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been found to be similarly effective as in-person care for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All participating professionals are licensed and you have the option to switch therapists if you feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy provides access to trained therapists who can support you in addressing everyday challenges and making meaningful changes.
