Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I have completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in CBT and achieved a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I provide a confidential counselling service and professional support for young people and adults experiencing problems including anxiety, depression, loneliness, bereavement, self-esteem and relationship problems.
I work in an integrative approach, whereby I will tailor the therapeutic methods to the individual needs of the person from cognitive behavioural techniques to a person centred approach. Sometimes I may use different tools to help with your self-exploration, this can include creative therapy (stone work, imagery etc) or after session tasks. As an integrative counsellor, I will tailor the therapeutic methods to your individual needs.
This is presented in a warm and caring, “down to earth” approach in order to make you, the client feel comfortable and safe in the therapeutic process. Working together, counselling can help you reflect on whatever may be troubling you and enable you to feel unburdened and able to move forward in your life. It is important to me that I am with my clients by their side while they work with me in their journey of self-exploration, which can result in a renewed sense of self-belief and growth.

Many people question whether online therapy can be effective. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes, research and practice indicate that remote therapy can be just as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to maintain continuity of care without needing to travel or rearrange a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and clients are free to request a different therapist at any time if they feel a change would help. For many people, online therapy provides a convenient and accessible way to get support and make progress with everyday mental health concerns.
