I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and have a Certificate in Person-Centred Art Therapy.
I have over 9 years Clinical experience as a Counsellor, helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, self worth and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
In addition to my clinical experience I have over 20 years direct work experience, providing emotional and practical support in the fields of Mental health, Homelessness, Domestic abuse and Family work.
I work in a holistic way, which is empathetic and non-judgmental and hope to support you on your journey towards healing and recovery.
I offer a confidential service in a safe and contained environment, to help explore thoughts, feelings and find solutions to gain a better understanding of self.

Hanna Mallie is a qualified Integrative Counsellor who holds a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Certificate in Person-Centred Art Therapy. She has 7 years of experience providing therapy and works with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem, depression, addictions, relationship and family issues, grief, sleep difficulties, anger, career challenges, bipolar disorder, compassion fatigue, and intimacy-related matters.
She brings additional direct experience supporting people in the fields of mental health, homelessness, domestic abuse and family work. Her practice is grounded in a holistic, empathetic and non-judgemental approach that aims to support healing and recovery.
Hanna offers a safe, contained space to explore thoughts and feelings and to work towards clearer self-understanding and practical coping strategies. She believes that each person has inner resources and strengths that can be accessed with support, and she aims to help clients rediscover and use those resources on their journey towards a more fulfilling life.
