Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a professional counselor licensed in Louisiana with 8 years of experience working as a primarily community based individual/family therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of experiences including but not limited to family issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, transition issues, grief/loss, parenting problems, trauma, and physical/emotional abuse.
My therapy style is grounded in the belief of presence: the first step to any relationship/experience is to just show up. After all, that’s half the battle. I am determined to provide you with my undivided attention to assess and meet your counseling needs free of judgement and prejudice. My hope is that we form a relationship based on trust, understanding, empathy, and unconditional positive regard in order to work as a collaborative team. We will join forces to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life, and work in a systemic fashion toward realizing those goals. As a client, you deserve a fruitful life enriched with positive life experiences and a healthy outlook replete with the skills needed to make it through life’s hurdles independently.
Wherever you are on your path, I want to meet you there and walk with you. I hope I can be that person for you for however long you need.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – individuals can connect in the way that works best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit regular therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch practitioners at any time if they prefer a different match. For many people, online therapy is a practical and effective way to access support for everyday mental health concerns.
