Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
May you be well and happy
I bring to the space between myself and the persons I am working with a focus on safety, with warmth and humour. Behind that is a breadth of knowledge and experience gained in sitting and studying with many different therapeutic modalities for almost 25 years now. I specialize in the couple and relationship realm where I explore with couples the tension between the need for security (love, belonging and closeness) and the need for freedom (erotic desire, adventure and distance) in their relationships. I am also passionate about how this tension plays out in other relationships in our lives with parents, other partners and especially our children. I use and teach mindful awareness and non-violent communication in my work with couples and work experientially with them to develop the relationships that they want together. I also work with issues of anxiety, depression, parenting, trauma, family conflict and other issues that limit our happiness. I look forward to meeting you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you feel a different fit would be helpful.
