Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah with over 5 years of experience working as a counselor and with teenagers. I have worked with clients in crisis situations, with normal day-to-day stressors, with depression, and with trauma. I have worked with families who are dealing with parenting challenges and struggling to connect with their children. I have been trained in Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Response, Trauma focused CBT, and DBT with my own research into IFS.
My approach with therapy is to help you feel at ease and comfortable. It is always challenging to find the right counselor and I do my best to make the therapy environment warm and inviting. I will work with you as we move forward to accomplish your goals. If there is something that I don’t know, I will do my best to find those answers for you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research indicates that online therapy can be comparable to traditional in-person sessions for delivering effective support.
One clear advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote formats, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different match. For many people, online therapy offers a convenient, accessible way to address everyday concerns and complex challenges with a trained therapist.
