To help meet my client’s needs, my therapy style is warm, respectful, non-judgmental, compassionate and sensitive. My approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT).
I am committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice which serves as a safe harbor for the LGBTQ community and those who are non-binary or genderqueer as well. If you are looking for extra support and guidance through challenging situations, or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life; I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, remote therapy has been found to be comparably effective to traditional in-person care for most situations.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility – clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video session, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide remote services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical and accessible way to receive professional support for everyday mental health concerns and life changes.
