Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Whatever the reason you are looking for support at this time in your life, I would be happy to be with you on this journey. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental and respectful space to work together to explore the challenges you are facing. Having had experience working with a wide range of clients, I know how unique you and what you are dealing with are.
I have over 10 years of experience, I am a professional, communicative and empathic with a background in psychotherapy and psychological assessment skills. Able to offer therapies and treatments for difficulties related to mental health problems such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, addictions, personality disorders, low self-esteem, social and interpersonal problems, family problems and challenging behaviors.
My reference theory is cognitive-behavioral. Cognitive behavioral therapy is based on the idea that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion) and how we act (behavior) all interact together. In particular, our thoughts determine our feelings and our behavior. Every emotion, every feeling and every action is also a thought. By “thought” we mean those little phrases that we all say to each other mentally, with which we evaluate a situation, think about what to do, how to behave. Each emotion corresponds to a thought that we can clarify and then also manage and even change. Changing it affects emotional suffering. My approach is humanistic and I give a lot of space to the relationship between therapist and client, which is, from my point of view (and from the point of view of much more authoritative authors) one of the most important factors in therapy.

Francesca Di Genova is a therapist based in the United Kingdom with 8 years of clinical experience. She welcomes people seeking support at any point in their lives and aims to accompany them through the therapeutic process, offering a respectful, non-judgmental space to explore the challenges they face.
She is professional, communicative and empathic, with a background in psychotherapy and psychological assessment skills. Francesca works with a wide range of difficulties related to mental health, including stress, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, addictions, ADHD, personality and interpersonal challenges, family problems, low self-esteem, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, sleeping problems, anger, career concerns, compassion fatigue and LGBT-related matters.
Her principal orientation is cognitive-behavioral therapy, which understands thoughts, emotions and behaviours as interconnected and focuses on identifying and modifying unhelpful thinking patterns to ease emotional distress. Francesca’s practice is also informed by a humanistic perspective and she places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, viewing the bond between therapist and client as a central element of effective therapy.
Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – individuals can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients can request a different therapist at any time if they prefer another fit. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical, effective way to access professional support when addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
