Dr. Frances Yahia

Dr. Frances Yahia, LMHC, holds a PhD in Mental Health and is licensed in Florida (FL LMHC MH19034). With 15 years of clinical experience, she maintains an independent practice and brings a scholarly perspective shaped by roles as a college professor of depth psychology, a retreat and workshop leader, and an author of books on the subconscious, inner child work, family relationships, romantic partnerships, and spiritual journeys.

Her clinical focus includes relationship and family concerns, intimacy-related issues, self esteem, and coping with life changes. She also addresses a broad range of related areas such as abandonment and attachment issues, body image, caregiver stress, chronic pain and illness, communication problems, control issues, divorce and separation, guilt and shame, impulsivity, isolation and loneliness, life purpose, midlife crisis, money and financial issues, narcissism, panic disorder and panic attacks, and post-traumatic stress.

Yahia integrates perspectives from spiritual psychology and depth psychology and employs a variety of techniques to support exploration of subconscious patterns and relational dynamics.
