Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am a BACP-registered counsellor and founder of The Golden Thread Therapy (https://www.thegoldenthreadtherapy.org), with over three years of professional experience supporting people through life’s toughest moments. My work has spanned emotional health, grief, trauma, and confidence-building — all areas we’ve likely felt the weight of, but don’t have to navigate alone.
I’ve had the privilege of working across a range of settings. This means I’ve supported teens and adults through anxiety, grief, identity challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships — even unpacking the layers of abuse or emotional overwhelm they might be experiencing. I am also passionate about working with clients on confidence, motivation, and overcoming imposter feelings.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story, and I see my role as helping to illuminate the strengths, resilience, and insights you already carry. That first step — the step of seeking help — is brave, and I’m honoured to walk alongside you as you move toward a more fulfilling and happier life.
I offer a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and person-centred, drawing on trauma-informed and creative approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and your purpose.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d be privileged to support you in your journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective option for addressing common mental health and life concerns.
