Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hey! If you’re looking in to BetterHelp, I imagine you’re struggling with something significant in your life. Good for you for looking to get help with these concerns! Being able to connect with your therapist is a big part of the process; I know first hand how scary it can be. I want to tell you a little about me to let you decide if my experience and therapy approach may be a good fit for you and your needs.
My name is Erica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of GA. I have been a Social Worker for more than 14 years with experience with various populations, in various settings. I have worked with clients with a broad range of concerns from: anxiety, depression, life change, LGBTQ+ related issues, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, grief and loss, family dynamic concerns, and many more. Clients have given me feedback stating I am calm, a great listener, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and give clients a space to feel safe communicating their concerns. My goal is to offer clients a person who supports them and someone who is willing to walk thru the tough situations they are experiencing.
I am available to communicate with you in whatever manner best suits your needs, lifestyle, and schedule. I’m available mainly in the evenings or on weekends and I will check messages at least once per day. If you feel that I would be a good fit for you, I would consider it a privilege to be part of your journey.

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their routine, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and individuals who try online therapy can change therapists if they want a different fit. Overall, online therapy can be a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns and life challenges.
