Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
There are definitely things that we can do in service of our own healing and growth but I tend to believe that there aren’t really answers or solutions to things, nor does there need to be, but instead ways of looking at them and holding them so that we can be in better relationship with them. I believe we can offer ourselves a perspective that can turn situations, circumstances, feelings, relationships with others and the relationship with ourselves into dance partners, instead of opponents that need to be defeated, not allowed or kept down. We can invite all of our experiences onto the dance floor of our heart! As a human being we will sometimes dance with incredible Grace and at other times be quite clumsy. We are allowed, we are human! If we allow ourselves to move with humor, patience, understanding and forgiveness we can recognize that our life’s dance can truly be Blessed and beautiful!
Quite simply offering behavioral, emotional and relational support to young people, individuals and families on their journeys. Providing a strength based approach in which warmth, patience, humility, humor and sincere reflection nurture the already existing health and strength within each human being. Since 2012 I have been Blessed with being able to provide therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults and families in my role as a youth and family therapist. I would be honored to provide any support or therapeutic accompaniment I can offer to assist you on your path of healing, personal growth, individual unfoldment or just surfing the waves of life. I look forward to working with you. Thank you so much! Eric

Eric Golden approaches healing and growth as a process of shifting how people relate to their experiences rather than hunting for definitive answers. He invites individuals to hold difficult feelings, relationships, and circumstances with curiosity and acceptance so these parts of life can move from opposition into partnership – like dance partners rather than opponents. He acknowledges that people will sometimes move with grace and at other times with clumsiness, and that allowing humor, patience, understanding, and forgiveness creates space for a life that feels more whole and meaningful.
He offers behavioral, emotional, and relational support to young people, individuals, and families, using a strengths-based approach that emphasizes warmth, patience, humility, humor, and sincere reflection to nurture the health and resilience already present in each person. Since 2012 he has provided therapeutic care to children, adolescents, adults, and families in his role as a youth and family therapist. He holds a New Mexico license as a professional clinical counselor and brings 12 years of experience practicing in New Mexico. He welcomes the opportunity to provide support or therapeutic accompaniment on a path of healing, personal growth, or simply navigating life’s waves, and looks forward to working with those seeking change and understanding.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in whatever format suits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from wherever you are.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone prefers a different approach or fit, they can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move toward meaningful change.
