Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Emily, an Integrative Psychotherapist trained in Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to healing, and I am committed to nurturing that connection with you. I believe our relationships—both with ourselves and others—deeply influence our mental and physical wellbeing.
I work with clients who are navigating a range of challenges, including a lack of self-esteem and confidence and feeling stuck in an authentic life that doesn’t feel aligned with what they truly want. Most of the time we will also explore what it is that they truly want and need too. Many come to therapy to address anxiety and stress, or to work through relationship issues that are impacting their well-being. I also support individuals in exploring childhood trauma, including emotional and physical neglect, to better understand how these experiences may be affecting their present.
I work collaboratively with clients creating a safe and trusting space, where we can explore what it means to be human. I see you as a whole person, with unique needs, embracing both your strengths and challenges with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll create an environment of acceptance, helping you bring your authentic self to the forefront.
I’m dedicated to understanding the full range of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll explore your present thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and reflect on past relationships and how they may be influencing them. My goal is to help you nurture a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with yourself and encourage greater self-awareness. This will hopefully lead to a life that feels more balanced and grounded in what you truly want.
Guided by care, honesty, and openness, I believe real change comes from those difficult, confronting moments. My direct approach is always offered with compassion and understanding. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I’m committed to walking with you through the darker parts of your story, helping you find strength in life’s contradictions. We’ll also embrace moments of joy, knowing they’re an important part of healing and growth too. I look forward to sharing these moments with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that works best for them, whether that is a video appointment, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or to access support from where one feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they are seeking a different fit. Online therapy can therefore provide effective clinical support combined with the convenience many people need to engage consistently with the process.
