Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who works in the state of Texas. As a therapist, I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, various types of trauma history, parenting obstacles, and other mental health struggles. I currently work with youth and adults in the foster care system and enjoy walking alongside those trying to sort through their past, cope within the present, and plan toward future goals. My journey in therapy has led me to work closely with youth and adults who have experienced physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect.
My therapeutic style is rooted in building a strong rapport with each client and meeting them where they are, without judgment. I am a firm believer in the power of hope and strive to instill this in every client I work with, helping them develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and self-growth. I believe every person deserves respect within a safe and healthy place to grapple with life’s challenges. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques tailored to fit each client’s unique needs.
I am passionate about creating a supportive and nurturing environment for my clients. I value the importance of empathy, understanding, and genuine connection in the therapeutic process.
When you are ready, I am here to walk alongside you on this journey to a more fulfilling life. Let’s take the first step together.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work for most individuals.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility – people can choose the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, including video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to keep continuity in treatment and to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a particular match does not feel right, it is possible to switch to a different therapist to find a better fit. Online therapy can offer practical access to care while preserving the therapeutic methods and professional standards used in face-to-face sessions.
