Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello-
My name is Elizabeth Edouard and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I started my journey in the mental health field after completing my undergraduate studies and began working with elderly individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. As I began to better understand the human mind and the ways our environment, upbringing and support system affects our mental health, I developed a deep interest in furthering my studies.
I earned my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice at Kean University in New Jersey. I went on to earn my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Georgia. While in Graduate school I had the opportunity to intern in two vastly different environments. I worked with adolescent youth in a school setting as well as adults in a County jail. After graduating with my counseling degree, I worked in psychiatric hospitals, senior living communities, community mental health clinics and most recently providing crisis support to Veterans.
My services are geared towards adults age 18 and older of all backgrounds. My experience has given me the knowledge effectively support and guide those struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and mood disorders. I would describe my approach as open minded, empathetic and goal oriented. I draw from a mixture of Cognitive Behavior therapy, Adlerian therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
Thank you for taking the first steps towards creating a healthier you!

Many people ask whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the way that fits their lifestyle, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to include therapy in a busy routine and maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered remotely is provided by licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. For many people, online therapy is a practical, accessible option for addressing everyday mental health needs and relationship concerns.
