I am an experienced counsellor and transpersonal art therapist, offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to support you in your therapeutic process. I conduct individual as well as life and career mentoring.
As a Therapist and Mentor, I facilitate an exploration into a more resourceful and more meaningful way of living by incorporating a variety of approaches into my work. Each therapy, or mentoring session is tailor-made to suit each individual’s needs.
Coming from a multicultural background, fluent in English and Portuguese , I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by members of the expat community. With more than 40 years of experience working with counselling and human resources, since 2008 I have been focusing my therapeutic work and research on Biographical Counselling and Transpersonal Art Therapy.
Moreover, I have been meditating for many years and I can share these tools during my sessions if necessary. In my practice I can see that it helps to promote more awareness, a sense of connection and belonging. As a result, a decrease in anxiety and mood swings are also observed.
