Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
A major benefit of online work is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to attend sessions and integrate therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if the therapeutic fit is not right, clients may switch to another therapist when they prefer. Online therapy provides a practical and accessible option for many people seeking support.
